Oud Group
n 1992 Salem Abdul-Karem establish "Oud Group"
in the Iraqi Institute for Musical Studies. All
the players was from the institute, the group
presented it's first concert at the same year
also participated in Babylon Festival.
The scope of the group is the Iraqi, Arabic and
global music heritage in a modern and scientific
way. |

فرقة العود
في
العام(1992)وعندما كان سالم يشغل منصب عميد معهد الدراسات النغمية العراقي
قام بتأليف"فرقة العود" وكان عددها أولا (28) عازف وقد تطورت إلى(48) عازف
ثم إلى(60)عازف وقد قدمت العديد من الأمسيات وشاركت في العديد من
المهرجانات. ونطاق عمل الفرقة هو التراث الموسيقي العراقي والعربي والعالمي
بأسلوب حديث وعلمي.
